These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Clears Visions ("we", "us", "our"). By booking our jet washing services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
Pristine Cleaning Team provides professional exterior cleaning and pressure washing services, including but not limited to:

Driveways – Pressure washing to remove moss, dirt, oil stains, and restore curb appeal.

Lorries & Logistics Fleets – Thorough external cleaning to keep your vehicles looking professional and well-maintained.

Council Bins & General Waste Bins – Regular and one-off bin washing services to eliminate dirt, grime, and odors.

Caravans, Lodges & Sites – Exterior cleaning of caravans, lodges, and communal areas across caravan parks and holiday sites.

Skips – High-powered cleaning to remove build-up and maintain cleanliness of skip exteriors.

Solar Panels – Gentle but effective cleaning to improve performance and prolong panel life.

Gutters – External gutter cleaning to keep your property looking tidy and well-kept.

Butcher Vans (External Areas) – Sanitized exterior cleans for butcher vans.

Diggers & Machinery – Exterior degreasing and pressure washing of heavy plant and equipment.
All services are subject to availability and site assessment. The full scope of the service will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking and Quotes

All bookings are subject to availability.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

A quote is based on the information provided by the customer; final pricing may change if the job differs from the described conditions.

We reserve the right to revise our quote after an on-site inspection.
Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

Late payments may result in interest being charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Access and Preparation

The client must ensure clear access to the property and work area.

Water and electricity (if required) must be available on-site.

Please remove any vehicles, furniture, or fragile items from the work area before our arrival.
Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and damage caused by our services.

We will take all reasonable care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage to surfaces unsuitable for pressure washing (e.g., poorly grouted paving).

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any surfaces that may be sensitive to pressure or chemicals.
Guarantees

We aim to deliver work to a high standard. However, natural weathering and organic regrowth (e.g., moss, algae) may occur over time and are not covered under any warranty unless stated.

Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

Unauthorized use of website content may result in a claim for damages.
Privacy

Governing Law
